Mocha Cheesecake Popsicles

1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp pure vanilla extract1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk8 oz. non fat cream cheese1/4 cup light sweetened condensed milk1 cup strong brewed black coffee, cooled2 Tbsp sugar free Hershey's syrupTruvia, to taste
1. In a food processor, combine the yogurt, milk, cream cheese, condensed milk and coffee and pulse until smooth.
2. Taste to ensure the mixture is sweetened to your liking. If additional sweetness is needed, add Truvia until just right.
3. Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze at least 4 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 8 popsicles
