Jay's Egg Roll Wrap

Ingredients
1/4 c soy sauce2 tbsp white vinegar1 tsp brown sugar1 c finely chopped cabbage1 med carrot, finely chopped2 tbsp chopped onion1 clove garlic minced1 tsp ginger1 pound of ground porkdash of salt and pepper12 egg roll wraps
Directions
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Set aside.
In a skillet cook pork until done. Drain any fat off, and put pork into a bowl. To the skillet add the cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, & pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the pork back to the skillet with the soy sauce mixture. Cook and stir all for about 3 more minutes. Divide the mixture between the twelve egg roll wraps and roll up as you do egg rolls. You can brush the tops of the wraps with water or olive oil. Put on baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
