10 Cups ripe Tomatoes - peeled and diced3 Large Onions - peeled and diced16 Jalapeno Peppers - seeded and chopped For hotter leave seeds in For extra mild, chop 2 green Bell Peppers2 Tablespoons salt1/2 Teaspoon black pepper1/3 cup of vinegar
Directions
Heat to simmer
Simmer 20 minutes
Put in sterilized jars
Seal while hot
