Whole wheat bread (2 slices)butter (about 1/2 tsp, melted, spread on outer side of bread for browning)Pepper jack cheese (2 slices)
brush melted butter on one side of each slice of bread and place bread on grill, butter side down.
place one slice of cheese on each slice of bread.
cook until cheese starts to melt, then close the sandwich.
Cut in half and enjoy!
