crock pot green peppers

Ingredients
8 green peppers.5 lb ground beef .5 medium red onion1 jalapeno pepper1 can black beans1 cup pepper jack cheese.5 cup salsa1 t ground cumin1 t crushed red pepper1 t garlic1 t oregano
Directions
brown ground beef
add spices, onion and jalapeno
rinse and drain beans then crush 1/2 the can of beans in a mixing bowl. add meat mixture and rest of beans and stir
place cleaned out peppers in crock pot
stuff them with the bean mixture,
top with a light layer of shredded cheese and salsa
cook in crock pot 6 hours on low or 3 on high.
