Healthier Spinach Alfredo Pizza

1 6-7" Gluten free pizza crust (tracked is the Hodgson Mill crust kit, divided into 3-4 smaller pizzas)1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded1/4 cup light alfredo sauce1/4 cup mushrooms1/4 cup fresh spinach
1. If you haven't purchased or previously prepared the crust, then follow the directions to prepare the crust.
2. Preheat the oven to 425.
3. Spread alfredo sauce across the crust evenly. Layer spinach on top of the sauce, then the mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes 1 small pizza cut into 4 quarters
