Pilchard Pie

Ingredients
1 can(210g) Pilchards (DO NOT use the sauce)2 Eggs1 Large onion diced1 Tbsp Distilled white Vinegar1 Tbsp Light Mayo Sweet Potato mash (for topping)Fry Onions in a tspn olive oil. Add the drained pilchards. Off the heat, once cooled slightly add the eggs, vinegar and mayo. Put into caserol dish and cover with sweet potato mash.
Directions
Bake on 180 deg cel for about half an hour - 45 min
