Deviled Eggs - easy

Ingredients
large eggs (3)mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)mustard (1 tsp)* Optional: spices, olives, pickle slices, etc. for garnish and added flavor.
Directions
Hard boil the eggs. Peel and cut in half. Scoop out yolks and mash. Add mayo and mustard and stir/mash together until smooth. Fill egg half depressions. Can add all kinds of individual spices (cayenne, curry, cumin, etc.), and can add olives, pickle slices, etc. for variation.

Serving Size: makes 6 "deviled eggs," which are one-half an egg each
