Venison Mushroom & Onion w/gravy

Ingredients
6 oz venison tenderloin - chopped2 medium onions chunked or sliced1 8 oz pks of mushrooms cleaned and chunked or sliced1 tbs whole wheat flour2 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos (substitute soy sauce to taste)1 can cream of mushroom soup2 tsp coconut oil1 tbs Amish low sodium beef granuals
Directions
Chop onions, mushrooms, and slice/dice meat. Put meat in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tbs of flour. Fry in hot coconut oil. Add onions cook for a few minutes and add garlic and mushrooms. Can add some water if needed. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and liquid aminos. Simmer for a few minutes and serve with your choice of rice, potato, or noodles. (not included in counts).
