Avocado-jalapeno dip

Ingredients
1 medium avocado2 servings of Fage 0% yogurt2 Tbs chopped onion1 chopped jalapeno pepper1 Tbs onion powder or flakes1-2 Tbs lemon juice.
Directions
Chop jalapeno and onions set aside.mix avocado in with yogurt. then add peppers and onions. Add onion powder or flakes for flavor. Add lemon juice and mix. Refrigerate for an hour. Ready to serve with your favorite vegetables as : peppers, celery, broccoli.
