2 Slices of Ezekial 4:9 Sprouted 100% Wheat Bread3 Egg Whites2 Slices of Turkey Bacon1 Slice of Fat Free Cheddar Cheese1 Slice of fresh Tomato
Cook the turkey bacon to the desired level of crispiness.
Spray the frying pan with an olive oil spray, bring the pan to a medium heat and sear the tomato slice. Cook both sides of the slice, reducing the moisture content to the desired consistency. Remove the tomato and set aside.
Wipe the pan clean, spray with oil olive, and then fry the egg white.
Once these items are cooked, assemble the sandwich while they are hot.
