Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
While wheat spaghetti- 6 0z box1/3 cup Low fat parmesan1 pound Ground moose meat1/4 cup Green pepper1 -16 0z can of diced tomatoes1 tsp sugar1 cup no fat cottage cheese6 tbsp liquid egg whites1/2 chopped onion1 clove minced garlic1 can (6 oz) tomato pasteOregano- 1 tsp1/2 Shredded Light Mozza Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain spaghetti,mix in Parmesan cheese and egg whites. Spray 10 inch pizza pan with Pam spray and form a crust with spaghetti.
In skillet cook meat, onion, peppers, and garlic. Drain off any fat. Stir in tomatoes, paste, oregano.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti, cover with meat mixture.
Cook 20 minutes in oven till crust sets. Remove from oven and sprinkle mozza on top. Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Cut in 8 triangular portions.
