Roasted peppers, onions and Zucchini

Ingredients
2 large green peppers2 large onions2 yellow peppers2 red peppers1 orange pepper2 Zucchini (med)3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive oilEpicure Vegetable seasoning- 2 tsp
Directions
Cut all the vegetables in large chunks. lay them on a baking sheet or stoneware pan. Sprinkle olive oil and seasoning over the vegetables. Put in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Check at 12 minutes, as ovens vary in heat... enjoy.
