Ingredients
1 lb of Extra Lean Ground Beef, drained1 can of PC Blue Menu Diced Tomatoes1 can of PC Blue Menu Six Bean medley, drained1 can of No Name Beans in Tomato Sauce2 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed1/2 cup of Yellow Onion, Diced1 Cup of White Mushroom, Chopped6 tbspn of Chili powder, divided into 36 tspn of Curry powder, divided into 33 tspn of Paprika, divided into 36 tspn of Cumin powder divided into 33 Garlic powder, divided into 33 tspn of Ground Cayenne Pepper (Powder)2 dash of salt (if desired)1/2 cup of water (x2)
Directions
1. Set your crockpot on low heat & add 1/2 cup of water, all the beans & the canned tomatoes
2. Stir in the 1st 1/3 of the spices & let cook for about an hour
3. Fry up ground beef & drain excess, then add 1/3 of the spices and a 1/2 cup of water to the meat and bring to a simmer. Continue simmering & stirring occasionally until water evaporates
4. Add the meat to the crockpot & let cook for about an hour
5. Add veggies, fresh garlic and the remainder of the spices & cook on high for approx an hour - the longer it cooks, the more the flavors come out.
