Chicken Dijonnaise

Ingredients
6 chicken leg quarters2 tbspns butter1 tbspn vegetable oil2 tbspns flour1 cup white wine1 cup chicken stock1/2 cup cream2 tbspns Dijon mustard
Directions
Brown chicken in oil & butter. Add flour to pan juices (I removed chicken for this step). Return chicken to pot. Add chicken stock and wine. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove chicken and keep warm. Add cream and Dijon to pan juices and cook for 3 minutes.
