Beef meatloaf with horseradish

Ingredients
1.5 lean ground beef1 cup Quaker Oats, 1-minute oatmeal1/2 cup chopped onion1 beaten large egg3/4 c ketchup1/2 cup warm water1 tsp. sale1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. horseradish powder or 2 tsp. grated horseradish
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Work oatmeal into the meat evenly but do not overwork.
Put in a 2. lb. loaf pan evenly
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Let meatloaf cool, place a weight on top if you plan to slice for sandwiches.
Slice into 8 slices, one per serving
