Banana Bread Cupcakes

Ingredients
Mash 3-4 ripe bananas (the browner the banana the better). Add 1/3 cup melted butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Add 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, pinch of salt, and 1 tsp baking soda. Stir in 1.5 cups flour and add 1/4 cup ground flax seed. Use a wooden spoon when mixing all ingredients. Use cupcake liners in cupcake tin and fill 2/3 full
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
