Crock pot cabbage rolls

Ingredients
Brown ground beef & drain. Add diced tomatoes, boullion dissolved in water, can of corn, & chili powder. Heat until boiling. Add minute rice. Stir, cover & removed from heat. Let stand at least 5 minutes. Heat large pan of water to boiling. Drop in 16 small cabbage leafs, or 8 large leafs. Cook a few minutes, until soft & pliable. Fill each leaf with approx 1/4 to 1/2 rice mixture. Lay in layers in crock pot. Pour tomato juice over the rolls & cook on low 8 hours.
