Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can (15oz) garbanzo beans or chickpeas {rinsed and drained}3 celery ribs, chopped4 green onions, chopped2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard1/2 tsp dried dill1/4 tsp salt1/4 pepper2 cans (5 oz each) albacore white tuna in water, drained
Directions
1. Combine the beans, celery and green onions in a large bowl.

2. Whisk the oil, vinegar, mustard, dill, salt & pepper in a small bowl.

3. Pour over the bean mixture, toss to coat.

4. Gently stir in tuna. You are ready to serve
