1/3 bag of bulgar wheat (place in cold water)2 cups of butternut squash2 cups of acorn squash1 zucchini1 cup chopped carrots2 celery stalks chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 small onion chopped2 tablespoons of olive oilAdd:1 teaspoon of oregano1 teaspoon of sage1 teaspoon of italian seasonings1 teaspoon of cumin1 teaspoon of garlic powder1 teaspoon of cayenne pepperSeason salt to taste
Chop, cube all ingredients
In a wok or large skillet cook all ingredients
Drain bulgar wheat and add to skillet
Add season salt and all dry herbs and spices desired
Mix together thoroughly
