Shrimp w/sauteed zucchini and mushrooms

3 Cups Zuchini (thick slices)2 Cups Mushrooms (slices)1 Whole Onion (thick slices)24 Large Shrimps
Lightly sauté the vegetables in Pam with salt pepper or whatever seasonings you like. Do not overcook the vegetables; you'll want them to still be a little crisp.
Place the vegetables in a separate container.
Cook the Shrimp using Pam spray and season to taste. Combine with the vegetables and enjoy.
