Summer Squash Casserole Southern Style

Ingredients
olive oil 2 tsp - to saute squash and onion4 c sliced raw summer squash3 tbsp mayo2 eggs1/4 c parmesan cheese1 c cheddar cheesepepper1.5 tbsp butter melted
Directions
cook sliced squash and onion in pan til very soft. remove from heat and mash with spoon. put into bottom of 8x8x2 pan. mix mayo, cheeses, eggs, pepper, and melted butter in a bowl. pour over squash mixture and bake at 350 for 25 min
