Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans of chick peas-rinse for 15 min 1/2 cup of plain nonfat yogurt4 tablespoons of olive oil2 small jalapeno pepper1 tablespoon of lime juice1 tablespoon of season saltGoya(product) salad & vegetable seasoning 1 pkgGoya (product) Sazon 1 pkg
Directions
After rinsing chick peas for 15 min in cold running water.
Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until completely smooth

Optional: parsley--crush garlic--tahini butter
