Simple Italian Salad

Ingredients
4 cups shredded romaine lettuce4 cups iceberg lettuce1/3 - 1/2 c light italian salad dressing1/3 c parmesan cheese8 oz mozzarella cheese5 oz jar sliced green olivescroutons (optional)
Directions
Layer all ingredients except olives & dressing. Just before serving, add dressing & olives and toss. Croutons are optional and not included in the nutritional information but are a yummy addition. Makes about 8 1 1/2 cup servings.
