Vegie, Meat & Rice Stir fry

1lb ground beef (93% lean)1 large onion, sliced or chopped1/4 small cabbage2 zucchini1 large carrot1/2 cup frozen peas1/2 cup frozen or tinned corn1/2 cup cauliflower pieces1/2 cup broccoli pieces1 and 1/2 cups rice
1. Cut the vegetables into thin strips, slices or pieces and shred the cabbage.
2. Put rice on to cook
3. Fry the onion and meat until the meat is brown. There is no need to add any fat or oil. Cook approximately 10 minutes.
4. Add all vegetables, except cabbage. Put lid on, turn the heat down and cook gently for 10 minutes.
5. Fold the cabbage through and cook 1 more minute.
6. Serve with rice.
