Ingredients
Egg white, large, 3 serving Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Cooked Onion, .25 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving Tomato, ripe, raw, per slice, 1 oz Spinach, fresh, .5 cup Avocado - Fresh - 50Cal/1-Oz./2-Tbsp., 1 serving Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 4 serving
Directions
saute onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach lightly. Cook egg whites into flat omelet. Once the eggs are solid and the vegetables are lightly cooked fold vegetables into omelet and serve with salsa and half a small avocado on top.
