Baked Chicken Chimichangas

8 oz. pkg light cream cheese8 oz. shredded cheddar, Colby jack, or pepperjack cheese1.5 Tbsp taco seasoning2 split chicken breasts, seasoned, cooked and shredded8 flour tortillas (soft taco size)cooking sprayshredded cheesegreen onionssour creamsalsa
Stir together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning. Fold in chicken. Divide among flour tortillas. Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla. Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish or sheet pan. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn chimi's over and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with cheese, green onions, salsa, and sour cream.
