Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin, 32 oz (2lb) Bush's Chili Beans, 1 can Tomato Paste, 1 can Water, tap, 3-4 cans Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *Tomatoes-Hunt's Diced Sweet Onion, 0.5 cup Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Chipotle Chili powder, 1 tsp
Cut up the onions, Brown the ground beef. Drop in the onions, and cook on stove top pan. Drain the fat. Add Spices, drop in crock pot. Add rest of ingredients, water, paste, beans. Slow cook about 3 hours. Makes a filling lean, meaty, chili.
