Cranberry whole wheat mini muffins

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup sugar2 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon2 large eggs2 cups pineapple juice1/2 cup canola oil4 cups whole cranberries (1 bag), chopped
Directions
Combine all of the dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Add wet to the dry ingredients and then fold in chopped cranberries. Oil and flour muffin tins or use paper liners. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 48 mini muffins or 24 regular size muffins.
