Gluten Free Low Fat Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cupCane Sugar, 1/3 cup Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract (not imitation), 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/8 tspCinnamon, ground, 3 tspRaisins, 1/2 cup Oats, 1 1/4 cup Rice flour, 1/2 cup Flax Seed, 1 tbsp Garden of Life Raw Protein Powder, 1 scoop
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream applesauce, sugar, and maple syrup together in a bowl. Add Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, and Flax Seed. Stir. Add oats and rice flour and stir. Add Raisins and stir until mixed. Spoon out onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
