Ingredients
8 eggs5 egg whites1 cup mozzarella shredded, low fat6 oz turkey cutlet, hot italian sausage flavorSpices - Pepper, black, 1 tspSpices - Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tspSpices - Garlic powder, 0.5 tspSpices - Fennel seed, 1 tspRed Chilli Pepper - Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp.
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350.
2. spread spices on turkey cutlets.
3. bake cutlets 20 min to make sausage.
4. cut cutlets, mix with remaining ingredients and pour into muffin tins.
5. cook 35 min.
