Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
*Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 3 ounces*Salsa, 1 cup *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 2 tsp *Iceberg Lettuce, 1 leaf*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 2 tbsp *La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 2 serving
Directions
Add uncooked chicken, salsa, taco seasoning & water into crockpot. Cook on high until chicken starts to fall apart. When chicken is done cooking fully you will be able to shred it quite easily with a fork. Warm tortillas in oven until slightly crunchy on the outer edges. Place chicken onto tortilla; add lettuce, cheese, sour cream and enjoy!!
