Lentil and Brown Rice Soup

Ingredients
9 cups water3 tablespoons vegetable bouillon powder 1 1/2 cups lentils1 cup brown rice28 oz can diced tomatoes3 carrots chopped into medium-small pieces1 onion, chopped into medium-small pieces2 celery stalks, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp dry coriander1 tsp dry basil1 tsp thyme1 bay leaf
Directions
Aside from chopping, there's only one step: put everything in pot and cook, covered, for one hour. Add salt to taste.
