Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
*Peppers, pasilla, dried, 7 pepper *Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup *Onion, Yellow, Sauteed (1 large) *Chile Powder, 2 tbsp *cumin powder, 1 tbsp *Garlic, Granulated (Dry), 1 tsp *raw cocao powder 1 TBSP, 1 serving *BRAGG Liquid Aminos, 4 tsp *evaporated cane juice, 4 tsp *Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1.5 cup
Directions
Seed and chop dried chiles, add to water
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 15 min
Saute onion till soft to caramelized
In a blender add all ingredients, blend till mixed, adding enough cooking water to smooth, blend well
Cook uncovered over low heat, stir occasionally for 45 mins or till thickened
