6 Tablespoons butter2 cups Rice/ 1cup brown rice & 1 cup wild rice4 Cups chicken Broth3/4 cups chopped celery3/4 cup carrots3/4 cup parsley1/2 cup chopped green onions1 pound mushrooms, sliced1 cup almondssalt and pepper to taste
