Ingredients
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Brown Rice Cereal (Farina)3 Tbsp. Ruth's Apple/Cinnamon Chia Cereal3 Tbsp. Ground flaxseed2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour1.5 cups Silk unsweetened almond milk - original
Directions
Bring 2 cup water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup rice cereal and reduce heat to low, cover optional. Stir occasionally. Cook for 5 mins and remove from heat. Then add chia cereal and ground flax seeds. Stir and let rest for 3 more mins. Add 1/4 cup more water if too thick. Serve with 1/2 cup almond milk and enjoy.
