Egg white crepe

  • Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
- Egg white- 1 tsp coconut flour- 1 tbsp almond coconut milk (Or other milk)- Something to butter your pan (I used a canola oil spray)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and whisk well, you may need to use a blender.

Let sit for at least 5 min. Whisk again.

Pour onto a cool pan, turn on heat to medium. Once the bottom is done, flip.

Once your crepe is cooked, eat! I had mine with chia seed jelly :)
