chipotle hummus tostadas with pico de gallo (cucumber)

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup (remove) *chipotle chile pepper powder, 4 tsp (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove) *Tahini, 1.5 tbsp (remove) Olive Oil, 3 1tsp (remove) Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 5 tsp (remove) Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove) La Tortilla Factory Hand Made Style Corn Tortillas--White Corn (1 5" tortilla), 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Making the hummus. add the chipotle peppers, garlic, tahini, olive oil and water (bout 4 tblsp.) into a food processor and process til smooth. Add can of drained and rinsed garbanzo beans and juice of half a lemon and process til smooth. Add salt to taste.

For Pico Chop cucumber, tomatoe, onion and cilantro mix in desired lemon juice ammount salt to taste and mix.

To assemble. smother tostada with hummus top with pico and enjoy.
