1/2 c Almond Butter1/4 c coconut oil1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened1/2 c Raw sugar2 Eggs1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract1 c Flax Seed Meal2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast1 c Water1.5 c Whole Wheat Flour1/4 c Wheat germ1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Soda1.5 tsp Baking Powder1 c Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1/4 c Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins1/2 c Raisins1/4 c Coconut, shredded unsweetened1/3 c Pumpkin Seeds1/2 c Dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a 9x13 pan.
Beat almond butter, coconut oil, applesauce and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat to mix. Add flax meal, nutritional yeast and water; beat to mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, wheat germ, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Gradually beat flour mixture into wet ingredients. Stir in Craisins, raisins, coconut and pumpkin seeds. Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
Press dough evenly into the 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
