Spicy Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fresh brussel sprouts3 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp honey1 tbsp grated fresh ginger1 serrano chili, seeded and choppedFreshly ground salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix together the canola oil, honey, ginger, and chopped chili. Prepare brussel sprouts by washing and cutting an "x" into the stem end of each one. Toss the brussel sprouts in the wet mix. Lay out on a roasting sheet and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.

Roast for 20 minutes, tossing once.
