Low carb gluten free chocolate chip walnut cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 c almond meal 1/4 c unrefined coconut oil1/4 c agave nectar or maple syrup 1 egg1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 c chocolate chips1/4 c crushed walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat egg, vanilla, and agave nectar. Add to dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Using a tablespoon, drop into nonstick cookie sheet and bale between 12 and 15 min at 375
