Ingredients
Turkey breast, ground, lean1/4 C chopped sweet onion3 Tbsp chopped parsley2 Tbsp worcesteshire sauce1 Tbsp low sodium soy1 tsp fresh ginger, grated2 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Blend all ingredients and form into 3 patties. Spray pan with non-stick spray,Cook on medium heat for 5 min each side until done.
