Kale Salad

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, fresh, .25 cup (remove)*Almonds, dry roasted, .5 oz (22 whole kernels) (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 2 tsp (remove)Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese, 6 tsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)kale, raw, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Clean and tear up Kale into bite size pieces. Add shredded sprouts, chopped almonds and parmesan or romano cheese. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and toss into salad to coat. Here's the wierd part: with clean hands, massage dressing into the kale thoroughly. Squishing it gets rid of the bitterness!
