Mooma's Tuna Salad

Ingredients
3 (6 oz.) cans solid white tuna in water, drained and mashed1/2 lemon, juiced1/4 cup Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise2 tsp. Dijon mustard1 medium carrot, finely shredded2 small stalks celery, fined diced3 small scallions, finely diced1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.
