Beef Stew ala Crock Pot

Ingredients
3/4 lb lean beef, cubed 4 medium potatoes, cubed2 large carrots, diced1.5 cups broccoli, coarsely chopped5 spears asparagus, coarsely sliced1/2 large onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 packet beef stew seasoning3 cups water
Directions
Cut up vegetables and layer in Crock Pot. Place beef on top of vegetables. Mix water and seasoning mix in large measuring cup and whisk until well blended. Pour over meat and vegetable mixture. Put lid on Crock Pot. Cook on low for at least 6 hours.
