Salad w/ Mandarin Oranges & Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
4 cups salad greens, chopped1 single-serve Mandarin Orange cup2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar1/2 Tbsp EV Olive Oil (or sesame oil)1/4 tsp ground ginger1 packet splenda1 Tbsp sesame seeds 1 Tbsp sliced almonds**6 oz sliced grilled chicken breast, if desired (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Place salad greens on plate. Drain oranges reserving 1Tbsp of juice for dressing. Add oranges (& chicken if using) to salad.
In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, juice from oranges, ginger, splenda, and sesame seeds.
Pour dressing over salad, top w/almonds.
