4 Cups Mixed spring mix salad greens4 cups spinach4 cups lettuce, romaine1 cup cabbage, shredded1 cup carrot, shredded1 cup broccoli, chopped1 cup cauliflower1 cup yellow or red bell pepper1 cup cucumber
Directions
Just chop to desired sizes and toss in a bowl. Add your favorite light salad dressing
