Ingredients
Directions
1 cup instant quick oats1 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)3 medium bananas (reserve one for topping)1 TBSP ground cinnamon3 packets of Splenda4 TBSP fat free 1/2 and 1/2
* I make just one pancake so my recipe is a 1/4 of this one, using 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1/2 banana (reserving other 1/2, and 1 package of spenda, 1 tsp. cinnamon (to taste). It turns out about 6 inches in diameter.
Blend in a blender the first 5 ingredients till smooth. Spray a skillet or griddle with cooking spray. Heat on medium. Pour out batter to form pancakes and flip when bubbles appear on top. Remove from pan, add sliced bananas to pan and fry on both sides. Remove from heat, and add fat free 1/2 and 1/2 to fried bananas just long enough to warm the liquid then pour over pancakes. Enjoy!!!
* You may even add a little vanilla extract to the batter before blending.
