old fashioned rice pudding

Ingredients
1 lb. rice 1 can evaporated milk 1stick oleo 1 cup sugar
Directions
use 5 quart pan put in rice cover with water till pan is 3/4 full cook over medium heat till rice is soft stir often don't drain water add canned milk stirring cook little longer till thickens but not letting rice get mushy just soft than stir in sugar and oleo remove from heat pour in large bowl sprinkle top with cinnamon eat warm or cold this makes alot nutrition info figured from 1/4 cup serving 10 servings so judge accordingly to your portions enjoy! some like to add rasins to it!!
