1 Full Package of TJ Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix4 Egg Whites, slightly beatened1 4oz Applesauce, unsweetened1 Cup Water
Directions
Preheat oven 350; Lightly grease 9x5 Pan

Combine Eggs, Applesauce and Water; Fold in Bread Mix; Blend till Smooth; Pour in Pan

Bake for 55-60 min; Cool 15 min before slicing
